I work primarily as a Visual Experience Designer developing our Co-branded Credit Card products supporting our North American and Canadian audiences. My work consists of designing and testing placements to support the co-branded credit card product, proposing final design solutions that meet the growing needs of our audience, while also advocating for internal consistency across internal and external aggregates. I work with our Marketing and Product teams to create a more personalized user experience backed by customer data and performance. In addition, I collaborated closely with our President to optimize our internal workflows and adopt cutting-edge digital practices that can drive business growth amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kentucky Fried Chicken — Digital Experience Designer/ Performance Marketing Intern

This role consisted of working cross-functionally with stakeholders in IT, Marketing, and Data Science. My primary objectives were to redesign our User Experience with Colonels Club, which resulted in a new design. I also executed the creative and development of our emails to support Marketing Objectives for our North and South American audiences.
